I recently made a post about Diabetes and how I would like to address it, but a key part to reversing diabetes is dealing with stress, so before we touch on diabetes, we will have to touch on stress.
I myself am someone who is dealing with stress. A lot is going on in my life, and I try my best to deal with everything timely and in a good manner, but sometimes stress gets the best of me, and I snap, feel overwhelmed, or get annoyed over little things. I hate that I am like that, so I decided to change.
