I saw this video posted on an amazing blog I follow and I thought it deserved more than a “reblog”. I thought I’d write an actual post about it.

It really puts into perspective how much time we have (or don’t have) and that we really should be making the most of each and every day!

It is another take on “life is too short” and that if we aren’t happy doing what we are doing then we need to change it.  We really don’t know how many jelly beans we have left…

Addressing Stress Before Diabetes

2010-10-22-TheVisualMD_Wellness1Tip_StressI recently made a post about Diabetes and how I would like to address it, but a key part to reversing diabetes is dealing with stress, so before we touch on diabetes, we will have to touch on stress.

I myself am someone who is dealing with stress. A lot is going on in my life, and I try my best to deal with everything timely and in a good manner, but sometimes stress gets the best of me, and I snap, feel overwhelmed, or get annoyed over little things. I hate that I am like that, so I decided to change.

This will be a 5 part series:

1. Anatomy: Hypothalamus, Pituitary Gland, and Adrenal Gland

3. How stress affects the body
4. How to natural relieve yourself from stress
5. Stress-free productivity

I really hope these lessons will help you because stress is not good man, but its hard not to stress in a world like today. We can make it though!
